U6-LR only connects at 100 fdx. Udmp 1.9.0 with usw-24-poe switch. First time using an ap. Tried 3 different cables. All cables allow gig speeds to laptop when connect to switch. Was using a net gear router as ap working fine. Use same cable as the netgear which connects at 1 gig and still 100fdx. Manual change to 1gig causes ap to not work.
