Seems like a decent option for the two of you. The only negative for me is that for some things you have to go into a store to do. Or you have to go into the store for the best deals. Like getting free phones. Metropcs also ties the sim to the phone you activate with so you have to contact them to swap phones.

Actually the deals online are different than in store, and in store the $60 rate plan is required to receive a promo on any phones besides Samsung currently.
