We've had a litter robot 3 for about 6 4 months. A few days ago it got stuck in the middle of a cycle. I didn't see it when it stopped, but it looks like it completed the first half to dump the waste then got stuck before it started rolling back to the home position. The yellow light is on solid. We have five LR3s, and other than having to replace a couple of DFI sensors, this has been our only ongoing issue. The bonnet is *never* actually removed/loose, but we keep getting the alerts.

I replaced the DFI and pinch detect terminals about 1.5-2 years ago and it's been working pretty well since then. A few days ago, the unit stopped cycling entirely. The blue DFI light started blinking even when the tray was empty, and after pressing the "reset" button, the lights switched to the fast yellow blinking (pinch detect).

Hey there. So about 2 months ago our robot had a pinch fail, so we got the base replaced. Things were fine again, and then suddenly out of nowhere OT faults. I tried resetting stuff and what not, but still every 2 days OT fault. I even made sure my litter (Dr. Elsey blue bag) didn’t reach the line.
