ThorsHammer. it's sounds like a fuel mixture/plug issue to me. inspect the plug. 9/10x I've had starting issues with my machine was because the plug was fouled. I know it's harder to get to on the 570, but with my machine it's less than 5 minutes to get it up and running if it's the plug. "There are no problems.It cranks over as it should. sounds smooth. fuel pump cuts in and builds up pressure on the pump itself and on the fuel rack where the injectors are located. I pulled the plugs and checked for fuel inside the cylinder but none present on the plugs and I checked both plugs for spark and there's none. It should pressurize the fuel system on the first turn of the key to on. From there it should hold pressure and the pump should run while cranking to keep pressure to the system. I got a new switch and thought it was ready to go but now it cranks and will not start. I pulled a plug and it appeared to have spark. I sprayed ether in the intake and it started and ran for about 1 second. If you do then you know your ignition is working. If you do have a spark then pour some gas down the cylander and put back plug and see if it fires. Put a little fuel starter in inlet to carb (remove air cleaner, spray a few seconds, place filter back on then try starting). Even if the engine is shot, it should start, it'll either sound ok or will make loud banging sounds. Best of luck, I give it 50/50 odds, could be ok. From there it should hold pressure and the pump should run while cranking to keep pressure to the system. If turned off and back on soon after the pump will not run if the pressure is still there. There is a brake line with the switch attached. 2 wires on top. To test to see if the switch is working depress the brake and see if the brake lights come on. If they do this is not your problem. If no brake lights you can jump across the 2 wires on the switch and rzr should start.
