The Jalama hamburger from the Beach Store was very good. But the beach: I walked a couple miles south then back; was a lot of smelly seaweed and bird dung (assuming from the smell), but worst was the numerous clumps of tar/oil on the sand and rocks. Looked like somebody poured driveway sealer on the rocks. One of the best things about Jalama Beach is the iconic Jalama Beach Store and Grill where they serve the famous Jalama Beach Burger.
